This Rapture was foretold but was held back 3 weeks or 21 days (Daniel 10); until the 21 days were fulfilled. 21 days from Daniel 10:13 (or Oct 13th) is (Nov 3rd) 0r Daniel 11:3. This is when the Rapture will come and the fulfillment of the 21 days
Daniel 11:3 And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will
Daniel 10:2-3 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled
